Bombardino
A pick-me-up containing cream, egg yolks and rum, this drink is particularly popular among tourists at Alpine refuges and is used to warm the body and spirit after a long day out on the snow or a hike through the mountains. Decorate with whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa. This liquor can also be savoured at room temperature.
