The origins of Distilleria F.lli Pisoni are lost slightly amid the mists of time. Numerous generations of Pisonis have dedicated their lives to vine-growing over the centuries. In fact, they can be traced all the way back to the Council of Trent and to mentions of a certain Carlo Antonio Pisoni, official supplier of wines and spirits to the court of the Prince-Bishop Madruzzo.

The Pisonis have been students of the renowned Istituto Agrario di S. Michele all’Adige since it was first established (1874) and have always placed a special focus on the quality of their products, merging tradition and history with research and innovation.
