A tradition that continues with Elio, Giuliano, Andrea and Francesco Pisoni.

Distillation, for us, is not learned in school alone — it is passed down from father to son. We have been distillers for four generations, guardians of a craft that unites the wisdom of our ancestors with technological innovation. Our story spans the centuries, from the time of the Council of Trent, through the rebirth after the Great Wars, to the present day.

We visited Pisoni without an appointment and were greeted very warmly. Alongside an excellent wine tasting we were treated to a very tasty and plentiful sausage and cheese snack. We hadden een proeverij van vier dranken, hier heb je ruim de tijd voor en ook hier vertelt zij enthousiast over de dranken die je krijgt. De omgeving is ook prachtig!
