High altitude meadows provide the grasses used to make this fragrant liqueur by allowing them to dry for a short period and then infuse in Grappa Pisoni.
The fragrance evokes the haymaking season in the mountains. Sweet and mild, with notes of chamomile, mint and woodruff.
