A fragrant liqueur obtained by infusing Swiss Pine cones in extra fine Grappa Pisoni for two months.
Swiss Pine cones are not easy to find because the plant is rare. Today they are found in just a few areas in the Alps and only on top of adult plants.
Distinctive balsamic aroma and sweet flavour and a pleasantly bitter finish.
