Pisoni Riserva Erminia Segalla TRENTODOC
Obtained by refermenting of Chardonnay grapes, this extremely elegant and refined spumante owns its unique characteristics to the barrique aging process used for its base wine together with its long resting period – at least 85 months – in cellars dug straight into the rock. Each bottle is dated and marked with the year of its vintage and degorgement. The wine has a luminous, straw yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage. It is highly complex on the nose, with fruity notes melding with flowery tones and vegetable perfumes. It also has an intense aroma of yeast and bread crusts created by its prolonged permanence on its own lees.
