Pisoni Brut Magnum TRENTODOC

Produced from Chardonnay grapes, harvested and vinified by the Pisoni family in full respect of the Traditional Method of bottle fermentation, known in France as the “méthode champenoise.” Each bottle is marked with the disgorgement date.
It shows a beautiful, bright, pale straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights, featuring a fine, delicate yet persistent perlage. On the nose it is refined, ample, and immediate: fruity notes alternate with floral hints, leading to an aromatic complexity derived from the long period of contact between the wine and the lees.
