Made from the infusion of rue seedlings in very fine Pisoni grappa from Trentino. Rue is a plant that finds its natural habitat in the shade of olive trees in the Valle dei Laghi. Its intense scent, characteristic bitterish flavour and balsamic qualities have always been much appreciated in the Trentino folk tradition.

Mugo pines grow at an altitude of 1800-2300 m. The evergreen needle bush displays a prostrate growth habit. The cones are collected in spring and placed in very fine Pisoni grappa from Trentino. Balsamic scent and pleasant, strongly resinous flavour.

The blueberry is a small fruit, symbol of Alpine areas. The plants, bush-shaped, grow on mountain slopes and in shaded areas. The fruit, with a typical blue colour, has a delicate sweet taste, slightly acidulous. The berries are placed in fine Pisoni grappa from Trentino.

Juniper is a perennial mountain shrub, evergreen and with a resinous smell. The slopes of our mountains are covered with it. Infusion prepared with juniper needles and berries, collected in summer and soaked in very fine Pisoni grappa from Trentino. Aromatic scent and fresh flavour, delicately resinous and sylvan.
