A fine blend of knowledge and art, this grappa is born of the encounter of the Pisoni family with the Trentino artist Riccardo Schweizer, a former apprentice of Picasso, who in the work “Uva e Vino” (“Grape and Wine”) represents, in an explosion of vibrant colours, a large fiery sun – the distiller par excellence. Grappa aged in barriques, soft and warm on the palate, with hints of vanilla, dried fruits and honey.

Grappa Amarone is made in our copper stills through slow distillation of the marc obtained from the production of the prestigious wine Amarone of Valpolicella. Thanks to the long fermentation in oak barrels, this Grappa refines its structure with pleasant hints of vanilla, tobacco and cocoa.

Features an original combination of fruity notes, typical of Moscato grapes; its vanilla hints come from the wood.
Soft and silky to the palate, with a pleasantly persistent finish.

Obtained from grape marcs of Teroldego, Marzemino and Nosiola, three native Trentino vines, distilled with Tullio Zadra’s bain-marie method. A ten year ageing in medium toasted French oak barriques gives this grappa its typical amber colour and an intense aroma reminiscent of dried fruit, oriental spices, leather and cocoa. In the mouth, it tastes full and enveloping, with a dry taste and a delicate vanilla aftertaste.
