A fine blend of knowledge and art, this grappa is born of the encounter of the Pisoni family with the Trentino artist Riccardo Schweizer, a former apprentice of Picasso, who in the work “Uva e Vino” (“Grape and Wine”) represents, in an explosion of vibrant colours, a large fiery sun – the distiller par excellence. Grappa aged in barriques, soft and warm on the palate, with hints of vanilla, dried fruits and honey.

Dry, straight, bold, with delicate notes of wild berries. The taste is pleasant and elegant, with a slight final touch of almond flavour. This fine Grappa is produced from the very fresh grape marcs of Teroldego, a red vine, the “king” of Trentino.

Obtained from the finest vines in Trentino. Smooth, with a warm and suave flavour. The bouquet is delicate, with hints of vanilla and dried fruit. The long ageing in small barrels gives scent and fragrance to this grappa, with a special warm, amber colour. The aftertaste reminds of bitter chocolate and liquorice, with delicate notes of honey.
The Schweizer Grappa from Trentino encapsulates the best characteristics of different monovarietal grappas by Pisoni, skillfully mixed into a fragrant cuvée. The original label, especially created by the artist Riccardo Schweizer, sums up its strong personality and wealth of nuances, aromas and olfactory sensations. Made from the infusion of rue seedlings in very fine Pisoni grappa from Trentino. Rue is a plant that finds its natural habitat in the shade of olive trees in the Valle dei Laghi. Its intense scent, characteristic bitterish flavour and balsamic qualities have always been much appreciated in the Trentino folk tradition.

Harmonious, fine and elegant, with a slight hint of hazelnut. This balanced, smooth Grappa is obtained from the grape marcs of Nosiola, the only white wine grape native of Trentino, which produces an original, fresh, acidulous and scented wine.
Mugo pines grow at an altitude of 1800-2300 m. The evergreen needle bush displays a prostrate growth habit. The cones are collected in spring and placed in very fine Pisoni grappa from Trentino. Balsamic scent and pleasant, strongly resinous flavour.

Juniper is a perennial mountain shrub, evergreen and with a resinous smell. The slopes of our mountains are covered with it. Infusion prepared with juniper needles and berries, collected in summer and soaked in very fine Pisoni grappa from Trentino. Aromatic scent and fresh flavour, delicately resinous and sylvan.

This flower grows in the mountains, amidst rocks, and is resistant to cold and bad weather. The root is gathered in late autumn and spring, to be placed in infusion in very fine Pisoni grappa from Trentino. It has a characteristic pleasantly bitter flavour, and is an excellent digestif.

Grappa Amarone is made in our copper stills through slow distillation of the marc obtained from the production of the prestigious wine Amarone of Valpolicella. Thanks to the long fermentation in oak barrels, this Grappa refines its structure with pleasant hints of vanilla, tobacco and cocoa.
Grappa 50° is the result of a distilling art spanning 4 generations. It is born in our copper stills of a selection of extra-fresh organic marc from Trentino. It is a soft grappa, in which the high alcohol content exalts intensity and sharpness. For expert palates, it provides pleasant emotions reminiscent of the fresh Dolomites that surround us.
Moscato Grappa aged in French oak barriques.
Features an original combination of fruity notes, typical of Moscato grapes; its vanilla hints come from the wood.

From the ancient art practiced by the Master Distillers Pisoni comes this precious grappa, fruit of years of experience and of patient waiting. Produced in limited quantities using the ‘Tullio Zadra’ method to distill vintage pomaces in copper stills, it is then aged for over 15 years in medium toasted French oak barriques. Such long ageing gives the grappa a deep amber colour with golden nuances and rich and intense aromas of spices, dried fruits, pepper, cinnamon and tobacco. To the palate it is distinct, dry and with a pleasant vanilla finish.

Obtained from grape marcs of Teroldego, Marzemino and Nosiola, three native Trentino vines, distilled with Tullio Zadra’s bain-marie method. A ten year ageing in medium toasted French oak barriques gives this grappa its typical amber colour and an intense aroma reminiscent of dried fruit, oriental spices, leather and cocoa. In the mouth, it tastes full and enveloping, with a dry taste and a delicate vanilla aftertaste.

Edelweiss, Leontopodium Alpinum, also known as Rock Flower (Fior di Roccia in Italian), is considered the queen of Alpine flora. Fior di Roccia® is a liqueur obtained from the infusion, in grappa from Trentino and honey, of edelweiss flowers grown at high altitude by the Olga Casanova farm in Val di Pejo, near the Stelvio National Park. The liqueur has a bright, light greenish colour, on the nose it reminds of the delicate scent of chamomile, the taste is sweet and velvety. Alcohol content: 30% vol.
