From the ancient distilling art of the Pisoni Master Distillers comes this precious grappa, the result of years of experience and patient waiting. Produced in limited quantities by distilling fine Trentino pomace in copper stills using the “Tullio Zadra” method, it is then aged for more than 20 years in French oak barrels.
To the nose it offers a rich and multifaceted bouquet with notes of dried fruits, such as nuts and figs, and aromas of sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla.
The palate is met with a deeply evolved flavor that balances between hints of ripe fruit and a delicate roasted note, ending in a long, lingering finish that leaves a warm, enveloping aftertaste.
The long aging endows it with extraordinary elegance.
